The Walker office opened in 2013, expanding the firm's presence in Livingston Parish.
In 2017, the business merged with Silver Lining Funeral Services, operated by brothers Greg and Mike Clark, originally from Winnsboro. Mike Clark had been an employee since 2014. Church Funeral Services and Crematory offers traditional funeral services, cremation, veterans funeral care, and advance planning. The firm serves families throughout Southeast Louisiana, including Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Gonzales, St. Amant, Prairieville, Zachary, and Central.
The funeral home was voted Best of Baton Rouge 2025 in its category. Services can be arranged at the funeral home or at the family's place of worship.
