Brickman Bros. Funeral Home is a multi-generational family operation led by four licensed funeral directors and embalmers: Phil, Bill, John, and Joe Brickman. Phil and Bill are sons of Patricia and the late Ralph Brickman, while John and Joe are sons of the late Frank and Marian Brickman, continuing traditions learned from their grandfather and fathers.

The funeral home staff includes Suzanne Brickman, a licensed funeral director and daughter of Bill Brickman, representing the next generation in the family business. Phil resides in Perry with his wife Jenni, an intervention specialist at Maple Elementary School in Painesville, and their four children. Bill lives in Mentor and is a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, with two adult children. John and his wife Cindy, a nurse for Cleveland Clinic Foundation and U.S. Air Force veteran, reside in Willoughby Hills with their three children. Joe and his wife Kathi, a retired RN who assists with visitations at the funeral home, live in Mentor with their four adult children.
