Bram Fusion Home traces its origins to 1865, when Gottlieb Frederick Bram established a general merchandise store in Denver, Missouri and began offering caskets through a hired wood craftsman. G.F. purchased the business's first horse-drawn hearse in 1880, and his sons John Peter Bram and Rudolph Jacob Andrew Bram became the second generation, both earning embalming licenses and operating as Bram Brothers until 1929.

In 1929, Rudolph J.A. Bram purchased the Parish Hardware store in Hamilton and added undertaking services. The third generation included J.P.'s sons John G. and Kermit, along with J.A.'s sons Lester and Morris. The funeral home now serves families in Maryville and throughout Nodaway County.

The funeral home offers live streaming for families and friends who cannot attend services in person. Pre-planning services are available with arrangements carried out according to family specifications.
