YORK – Fredrick Earl “Pete” McSwain, 82, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Rick Martin officiating.
Pete was a son of the late Albert and Louise McSwain. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, a member at Eastview Baptist Church, and was retired with the York County Sheriff’s Department.
He is survived by his wife Jean Barnette McSwain, daughter, Paige Beard (Burt), sister, Betty M. Way, and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
