Frederick Victor Shorten, 88, of 10 Kings Mountain Street passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Hospice and Community Care in Rock Hill.
Frederick was a son of the late James Shorten and Elizabeth Shorten. He was the widower of Carmelle Brisson Shorten and was of the Catholic faith. He retired as a dispatcher for Boston Gas Company and served in the United States Navy as a pilot.
He is survived by daughters, Susan Waldie, Sandra Mayhugh, son, Frederick Shorten and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be announced at a later date in Andover, Massachusetts.
