YORK -- Frank Jackson Sexton, Jr, 60, of 471 Austin Drive died Thursday, December 26, 2013, at his home in York.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Sturgis officiating. Burial will be at Macedonia Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Bratton Funeral Home.
Frank was a son of the late Frank Jackson Sexton Sr. and Barbara Jean Sexton. He was a carpenter, truck driver and musician, attended Living By Faith Baptist Church, had a deep love of gospel and bluegrass music, second only to his 11 grandchildren with two on the way.
He is survived by wife Kimberly Ingram Sexton of York, SC, children and grandchildren; son Kevin Franklin Sexton (Stephanie), Chris and Michael, son Timothy Ray Sexton (Amanda), Ella, son Travis Wayne Sexton (Melissa Nivens), Emma, daughter, Christi Sexton Canipe (Bradley), son Joshua Ray Sexton (Courtney), Luke, son Matthew Jacob Sexton (Kayla), Karlee and Raelyn, son Justin Charles Ingram (Shannon), Jackson and Lucas, son Matthew Allen Brown (Carrie), Allison, sister Elizabeth Davidson (Tony), sister Patricia Sexton (Dale), brother Mike Sexton (Melissa), and sister Tammy Roberson (Terry). He was preceded in death by his father Frank Sexton, Sr, and his mother Barbara Jean Sexton, son Mark Shane Sexton, brother David Ray Sexton, and former wife of 21 years, Patti Styles Sexton.
