YORK -- Frances Blalock Moore, 76, of York passed away Wednesday, September 04, 2013, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.
A graveside service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Ed Jillson officiating.
Frances was a daughter of the late James W. Moore and Nannell Blalock Moore. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of York and was a secretary for Manufactors Rep Comp..
