What stood out about your experience?
The staff was very disrespectful towards immediate family. The staff was very disrespectful towards out-of-town family members also. Staff manhandled a female (out-of-town sister of the deceased)as she was sobbing at the casket in the church. Afterwards, we were rushed into the family car. We were physically blocked by the staff as a friend approached the family car trying to have a brief conversation. We have not seen that out-of-town family friend in years! Staff rushed the family to the car from inside of the church stating that time was money. The family member that hired them stated that there was no worries about the allotted time. The family (that rode in the family car)was rushed from the burial site as staff stated that they had another funeral to work. This was so terrible as the matriarch of the family was being laid to rest. Other issues occurred that has not been mentioned. I hope that no one else experiences such maltreatment.
Would you recommend this funeral home, and why?
I would not recommend this funeral home. The negative behavior rendered by the staff was appalling.
