Eugene King ROCK HILL Eugene Howard King, 91, formerly of Alcoa, TN passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Willow Brook Court at Park Point Village in Rock Hill. A graveside service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Dr. Ed Jillson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Mr. King was a son of the late James Carson and Harriet Lutrell King. He was retired from the Alcoa Aluminum Company in Alcoa, TN, and was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church. Mr. King was a veteran of the US Army during WWII and received two Bronze Stars for Valor. He was the widower of Lona Lee Cunningham King. He is survived by daughter Linda Jillson and husband Ed of York, SC, two grandchildren, Anna “Christy” Jillson Penner and husband Brendon of Raleigh, NC, and David Willem Jillson of Seattle, WA.
