Ernest "Ernie" Odell Gee, 80, of York passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be at 2 PM on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor William Lingerfelt officiating. Visitation will be held following the service at Bethel Baptist Church.
Ernie was a son of the late Walter Lee Gee and Helen West Gee. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Guinn Gee of York, SC, daughter, Sandra Faye Davis of Holden Beach, NC, sisters, Madge Gorman, Nancy Kee, Cleva Kay Cooper, brother, Ted Ray Gee, six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Odell Gee and a grandson.
