Elizabeth B. Parham
York--Elizabeth Byrum Parham, 82, of York, SC, left her earthly home and entered into her heavenly home on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Lib (known by her family as Cindy) was the daughter of the late Holly Byrum and Mary Wages Byrum.

She is survived by her children: Mike Parham, Janice Parham (wife of her deceased son Keith Parham), Rick Parham and wife Teresa, Tim Parham and wife Sheila and two grandsons, the pride and joy of her life, Justin Parham and Corey Parham.

She is also survived by two brothers Boyd (Smiley) Byrum of York and Jimmy Byrum of Clover, and one sister Carolyn Melton of Rock Hill, and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Raymond Parham, and her devoted son, Keith Parham. She was also preceded in death by six brothers, Walter Byrum, Charlie Byrum, Claude Byrum, Andy Byrum, Hood Byrum and Gene Byrum and one sister, Lois Smith.

Lib worked many years at Celanese before taking early retirement to spend more time with her family. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church where she was known by many for her sweet smile.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23rd from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, 3681 Lake Wylie Road, Lake Wylie, SC, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
