Earl Ralph Bennefield Jr.
YORK -- Earl Ralph Bennefield, Jr., 65, of 6 Pinewood drive passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at his home in York.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Hope officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Cemetery in Rock Hill. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 6 - 8 PM at Bratton Funeral Home and other times at the home.
A native of York, Mr. Bennefield was a son of the late Earl Bennefield Sr. and Naomi Short Bennefield. He was a graduate of Limestone College and taught at various schools in York.
He is survived by brother Jimmy "Jim" Bennefield (Troyanne) of Edgemore, SC, sister Diane Reynolds (Jimmy) of York, four nieces, and four nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Kaye Bennefield Henderson.
