Dot Yarborough YORK Dorothy "Dot" Green Yarborough, 80, of 313 Springdale Drive died Monday, July 2, 2012, in Columbia There will be a graveside service at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Dr. Tony Grant officiating. Visitation will be held following the service at the cemetery. Dot was a daughter of the late Walter Irving and Maybelle Shuler Green and was the widow of Arnold Bennett Yarborough. She was a member of York A.R.P Church and was a retired school teacher. She taught school in Lancaster, Hickory Grove and at York High School. She is survived by two sons, Scott Yarborough of York, SC and Tony Yarborough of Ridgeway, SC, sister, Lillian Clements of Charlotte, NC, two sister in laws, Elaine Moss of Clover, SC and Edith Clark of York, SC, and one brother in law, Ed Yarborough of York, SC. She was preceded in death by sister, Mary A. Green and brother, Irving Green. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
