Derrick Lamar Mack

Funeral services for Mr. Derrick Lamar Mack will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 1:00 P. M. in the Wabash Church of God, 500 Telfair Street, the Pastor Reginald May will officiate and burial will follow in the Dudley’s Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Derrick Lamar Mack was born on November 30, 1978 to the union of the late Joseph and Florine Mack, and departed this life , Thursday, September 22, 2016 in the Fairview Park Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Mack, (twin brother), Kendrick Mack, sisters, Marisha Mack and LaTonya Mack, stepfather, Willie Woods, grandfathers, Charles Jones and Edward Slaughter, grandmother, Ethel Mae Jones (E. J. Jones). Derrick attended Dublin High School and was employed by Reeves Construction Company in East Dublin, GA. Left to cherish his memories and mourn his passing, his loving mother, Florine Mack, a daughter, Teyanna Coughlin Mack, one granddaughter, Jaelynn, three brothers, Antwon Woods, Christopher Mack, and Isiah Mack , four step-brothers, Roberto McCloud, Darrick Freshley, Christopher Keels and Kenta Woods, grandparents, Willie Kale Slaughter and O. T. Girtman, stepmother, Virginia Mack. Mr. Mack will be placed in the church one hour prior to the services. Friends are being received at the home of his mother, 601 Hudson Drive.
