Daphne Earnheart Gallagher, 75, of York, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016.
The funeral will be at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Bowen officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in York. A visitation for Ms. Gallagher will be at Bratton Funeral Home from 2-3 PM on Friday, June 17, 2016.
Born in Pineville North Carolina, Daphne was a daughter of the late John Earnheart and Mary Marley Earnheart. She was the widow of Robert Gallagher and was a member of Mercy Baptist Church in Charlotte.
Daphne is survived by her sons, Jon Reid, Arthur Reid, Daniel Reid, David Reid, daughter, Deborah Reid, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine Murtagh.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any charitable military organization or any charitable animal rescue organization.
