Daniel “Big Dan” Ellis Warren, 52, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at his home in York.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Burrell and Rev. Dusty Brackett officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 PM on Monday, October 17 at Liberty Baptist Church.
Dan was the son of Emily Ellis Dyer. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in York, was an instructor with Burgess and Associates, and was a retired fire fighter with the York City Fire Department.
In addition to his mother, Dan is survived by his wife Allison Hardin Warren, son William Daniel “Danny” Warren, and sister Shannon Bradley Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Danny Warren College Fund, c/o Allison Warren, 204 Wiley Ave., York, SC 29745.
