CLOVER – Clifford L. “Sam” Bolin, Jr., 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Lancaster Convalescent Center.
A graveside service will be at 2 PM on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York with Lee Summerville officiating.
Sam was a son of the late Clifford L. Bolin, Sr. and Betty Ray Bolin. He was a graduate of Hunter Huss High School and attended Gaston College, and was retired from the Compass Group after more than 30 years.
Sam is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jane Ballenger Bolin, son Christopher Bolin of Clover, aunt Kathleen Smiley of Merced, CA, brother in law Wayne Ballenger of Lake Wylie, and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church TV Ministry, 200 W Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
