SHARON – Clara Fowler Holbrooks, 90, of Sharon, SC, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Sharon Baptist Church in Sharon, SC, with Pastor Sam Murphy officiating.
Clara was born on June 7, 1929 in Greenville, SC. She was the daughter of the late John William Fowler and Minnie Combs Fowler. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Sharon Fire Department.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane H. Harris, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clayton Holbrooks, daughter, Elaine H. Cheek, brothers, Doug Holbrooks, and Mike Holbrooks.
