Christopher Michael Wilson, 39, of York, passed away March 27, 2021 at Atrium Health Charlotte, N.C.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Union Baptist Church in York, SC with Rev. Steve Ehrhart and Rev. Paul Willey officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 PM Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Union Baptist Church in York.
Chris was born March 5, 1982 in Greenville, SC to Dolphus M. Wilson, Jr. and Theresa Childs Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Janeece Wood Wilson, parents, Dolphus M. Wilson and Theresa Childs Smith, step father, Steve Smith, step mother, Jeni Wilson, children, Ana Garcia, Luiz Garcia, Breanna Bridges, Journey Wilson, Ashlyn Wilson, Alana Wilson, Logan Wilson, siblings, Brad Wilson (Micah), Erica Martin, brother- in- law, Ted Wood, Jr., grandmother, “Nannie” Patsy Pully, mother and father in law, Ted and Wanda Wood.
Chris is preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie Smith.
