Charlotte Moss Fowler, 76, of Smyrna passsed away, Saturday, August 06, 2016, at White Oak Manor in York.
A memorial service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday August 9, 2016 at New Zion United Methodist Church. with Rev. Monica Tilley officiating. Visitation will be at New Zion United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall Tuesday August 9, 2016 fron 2-3 PM. Charlotte Fowler was a daughter of the late Haskell Moss and Zelma Griffin Moss. She was a member of New Zion United Methodist Church for over 50 years, and was retied from S E Huffman in Clover.
She is survived by husband, Richard Fowler of Smyrna, SC, daughter, Pat Fowler, son, Richard Fowler, Jr. (Stephanie), sister, Carolyn Smarr (Neil), and two grandson, Zachary and Nicholas Fowler. She was preceded in death by her sister Nell Feemster.
