Carl Jeffrey “Jeff” West, 63, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Buena Vista, Virginia.
Jeff was a son of the late Robert West and Eldena Hayslett West. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in York, SC.
He is survived by his wife Edith Phillips West of York, SC, daughter, Melissa Jane West of York, SC, grandson, Tucker Goins, two sisters, Joanie Lamb of New York, Nancy Miller of Virginia, brother, Jimmie West of Virginia, sister-in-law, Lita P. English of Clayton, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by 4 brothers.
