CBrooks Hudson, age 95, passed away on Thursday, February 01, 2018 at Park Point Village, 3065 Chesbrough Blvd. Rock Hill, SC 29732. He was the son of the late Herbert CBrooks and Mabel Traylor Hudson of Sharon. He was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters and his beloved wife, Sue Hope Husdon. He is survived by his sister, Ella Mae Harding of Clover, and a number of nieces and nephews..
CBrooks spent most of his life in the Rock Hill area. After retiring from Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company, he and his wife, Sue lived for a number of years on Lake Wylie and later moved to Sharon, where he was an active member of Sharon ARP Church, serving as a Deacon and Elder. He was an avid supporter of the Sharon Volunteer Fire Department.
The funeral service will be held at Sharon ARP Church in Sharon, SC on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2PM with Reverend Gil Martin and Reverend Ed Melvin officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Sharon. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
