Rock Hill – Bobbie Geneva Penny Hart, 78, of Rock Hill, SC passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021.
Bobbie was born on February 7, 1943 in Jacksonville, FL. She was the daughter of the late James Madison Penny and Ruby Allen Heirs Penny. Bobbie was a devoted mother and grandmother! She took great happiness and pride in all of her children and grandchildren especially! She will be missed terribly but forever with us in our hearts!! She is survived by her son, Jeff Hart (Ryann), daughters, Felicia Peterson (Robert), Lori Daly (John), grandchildren: Dalton Piercy, John Peterson, Isabella Hart, Charlie Peterson, Zale Hart; sisters, Deloris Penny Hurst, Ruth Ann Garrett, and brother, Michael Anthony Penny.
In addition to her parents, Bobbie was preceded in death by her brothers, James Hoyt Penny, Joe Dean Penny, John Wayne Penny, and sister, Tura M. Penny.
