Billy Miller Alexander, 87, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Sharon United Methodist Church with Rev. Monica Tilley and Rev. Gene Feagin officiating. The burial will be at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 6-8:00 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Billy was the son of the late Banks C. Alexander and Grace Bailes Alexander. He was a retired supervisor at Rock Hill Printing and Finishing, was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean War, and was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church.
He is survived by sons Robert Alexander of Sharon, Johnny Alexander (Debbie) of Sharon, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wives, Ruby Ramsey Alexander and Lexi Hall Alexander, and son Billy Wayne Alexander.
