YORK – William “Bill” Neil Brown, Jr., 71, of York, SC, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.
Bill was born on September 20, 1948 in Charlotte, NC. He was the son of the late William Neil Brown, Sr. and Mary Watson Brown. He was a member of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Sharon, SC, and served in the South Carolina National Guard. He loved his family and friends and living the country life.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Sealy Brown, sons, Josh Brown, Kevin Tsosie (Diana), daughter, Anne Marie Elliott (Michael), sister, Jean Price, grandchildren, Baylee Elliott, Nikki Tsosie, and daughter in law, Catharon Peck.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, William Shane Durham.
In memory of William “Bill” Brown, Jr., memorials may be made to Woodlawn Presbyterian Church, PO Box 189 Sharon, SC 29742.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
