Betty Hope SHARON Betty Hudson Hope, 85, of Woodlawn St, passed away at Wayne T Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill on September 27, 2012 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her spouse William Blanton Hope II, her son William Blanton Hope III and her parents Mable and Herbert Hudson. She is survived by daughter Nora J. Hope of the home and formerly of Columbia, brothers C Brooks Hudson of Rock Hill, Sam H. Hudson of Gaffney, sisters Ella May Harding of Clover and Martha Melvin of Halifax, VA. The family will receive friends at Bratton Funeral Home in York on Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Sharon at 2 pm on Sunday, September 30, 2012 with the Rev Barry Lambert officiating.
