SHARON -- Bernice Spencer Ramsey, 87, of 4425 Hickory Grove Road passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be at11:00 A.M. on Tuesday December 30, 2014, at Hickory Grove Church of God with Pastor Mike Goodwin officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Sharon.
Visitation will be held at Bratton Funeral Home on Monday December 29, 2014. from 6-8 PM
A native of Sharon, Bernice was a daughter of the late Ben Irvin Spencer and Sallie Bullocks Spencer. She was the widow of JP Ramsey and was a member of Hickory Grove Church of God.
She is survived by her brother, JB Spencer, and 3 sisters, Geraldine Hutchinson, Eula Ramsey , and Annes McDaniel, 2 grandchildren, Robbie Canupp (Cindy) and Sherri Comer (Craig), and 5 great grandchildren, Taylor & Alli Canupp and Julie, Anna & Jessie Comer. She was preceded in death by a daughter Betty Ramsey Canupp.
