ROCK HILL -- Adam Kent Smith, 24, formerly of York passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Stephenson and Rev. Laura Smith Conrad officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Adam was a son of William Kent Smith and Lori Hunt Smith.
He is survived by father, William Kent Smith (Rachel) of Rock Hill, SC, mother Lori Hunt Smith (John Thompson) of Rock Hill, SC, 2 sisters, Caroline Smith, Hannah Smith, brother, Hunt Smith, step-brother, Patrick Morris and step-sister, Bailey Morris.
Memorials may be made to Camp LUCK, P.O. Box 5159 Charlotte, NC 28299, where Adam served as a Camp Counselor for the past year.
