Ms. Winfred Lynn Dillard was born August 3, 1966 to Emma Johnson Dillard and Cecil Dillard in Clarksville, Texas. Winfred accepted Christ at an early age and united with the St. James Baptist Church where she served as youth director, member of the choir and other capacities. She truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
