Willie Stephens

Funeral services for Mr. Willie Stephens, Jr., of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 11 AM at the New Directions Baptist Church, 401 East Moore Street, Dublin. Reverend Antwoin Lloyd will preside, Reverend Ricky Montford will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Willie M. Stephens, Jr., was born on October 20, 1948, in Dublin to the late Willie and Susie Stephens. He is a 1966 graduate of Oconee High School. He was employed by the Rentz Cabinet Company for many years, and was also an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Loretta Stephens, Oretta Brown, and a great niece, Delores Stephens III. He passed away on May 21, 2018.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Yuri and Meka Rozier, of Dublin, his siblings, Catherine Ross, Reginald Stephens, Rose Ann Stephens, of Dublin, Robert and Linda Stephens of Douglasville, Georgia, Donald and Jeanetta Stephens of Detroit, Michigan, Sharon Walker of Braselton, Georgia, and Eric and Rozell Stephens of Savannah, Georgia, one aunt, Jenelle Liggons of Holly Spring, North Carolina, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 601 Sherwood Drive, Dublin, 1516 Academy Avenue, Dublin, and 312 East Mary Street, Dublin.
