Wallace Blue

Funeral services for Mr. Wallace Blue, of Dublin, will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the Driskell Tabernacle Baptist Church, 223 Martin Luther King Drive in Dublin. Pastor Willie Reed will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Blue, who passed on May 27, 2016, was born to the late Robert L. Blue, Sr. and Martha Bailey Blue in Laurens County. He was educated at Oconee High School. He was worked at Bassett Furniture Company and he did various construction jobs.

Mr. Blue was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Willie Mae Blue Duffie, George Russell Blue and Ronnie Blue.

Mr. Blue is survived by one son, Andre S. Blue; granddaughter, Armani Walls; brother, Pastor Robert L. Blue, Dublin; sisters, Joyce B. Bradford, Montrose, Cora Blue, Dublin; aunts, Mary Belle Johnson, Bessie Mae Bailey and Callie Mae Bailey all of Dublin; devoted nieces, Vickie (Jarvis) Washington, Rentz, Tammie Blue, Dublin; deovted nephew, Deldric M. Blue, Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 800 Fred's Lane in Dublin.
