Viola Mae Thompson, age 77 was born on May 28, 1936 in Torrance CA and passed away June 23, 2013 in Big Bear Lake, CA. Viola was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, great grandmother and Aunt. She had numerous hobbies and loved to go fishing and made beautiful gifts for her angel clubs. She is survived by her daughters Judy Reppe (Charles), of Jamestown, RI and Brenda Kaplan (Bruce) of Big Bear Lake, CA, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband John Thompson, daughter and son Connie and Carl and brothers Buddy and Vern. Services will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
