Funeral services for Sergeant Trenton Earl Yelverton, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at the Buckeye Baptist Church, 2176 New Buckeye Road, East Dublin. Reverend Prenis Edmond will deliver the eulogy. The interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Trenton Earl Yelverton was born on March 16, 1988, to Linwood Earl Yelverton and Cynthia Holley Martin. He graduated from Dublin High School in 2006. He achieved the rank of Sergeant in the the United States Army Reserve - 803rd Quartermaster Company of Dublin, Georgia. He obtained his Bachelors of Science and Psychology Degree from University of Phoenix. He would have graduated from University of Phoenix in October receiving his Masters Degree in Science in Psychology. He was employed as a Veteran Service Officer at the Carl Vinson Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dublin. He received Christ under the leadership of Pastor Prenis Edmond at Greater Victory Temple Church, where he was a member. Sergeant Yelverton passed away on August 6, 2018. He was preceded in death by his his grandparents, Simp and Maggie J. Smith-Holley, Blonnie Mae Gilliam, aunts, Patricia Holley-Shivers and Cheryl Gilliam, and by an uncle, Frankie Gilliam.

Sergeant Yelverton is survived by his mother, Cynthia (Johnny Lee) Martin of Dublin, father, Linwood Yelverton, Baltimore, Maryland, grandmother, Eppie D. Norris of East Dublin, brother, P. Marchon Blair of Bristol, Connecticut, sisters, Shayala Greene and Velvet (Larry) Wilbur of Dublin, aunts, Sylvia Holley of Dublin, Carol Holley Gonzalez, Wilma Holley, Benita L. Holley, of Connecticut, Joyce Freeland, Mary (Joseph) Payton, Patricia Daniels all of Baltimore, Maryland, Sabrina Bloue of California, uncles, James (Fornita) Holley, Willie (Wilma) Holley of Connecticut, nephew, Treshawn Blair of Connecticut, niece, Larissa Wilbur of Dublin, devoted friends, Kawanda Lamar of Milledgeville, Toni Rease of Dublin, Dennis Williams of Douglas, Rod Butler of Warner Robins, and a host of cousins, friends, and co-workers.

The family is receiving friends at 511 South Church Street, Apartment A, in Dublin.
