Tommy Phillips YORK Tommy Lewis Phillips, Sr., 74, of York died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. A graveside service will be at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Hickory Grove Church of God Cemetery. Rev. Ed Harris will be officiating. Tommy was a son of the late Robert and Minnie Brewer Phillips. He was retired from Duke Power and was a veteran of the US Navy. He is survived by wife Debra White Phillips of York, SC, three sons, Timothy Meek White of Rock Hill, SC, Michael Lewis Phillips of Rock Hill, SC, Jody Ryan Phillips of York, SC, two brothers, Sam Phillips of York, SC, James Phillips of Goose Creek, SC, two sisters, Colleen Phillips of Kernersville, NC, Derosa Clement of Lawton, OK, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Tommy Lewis Phillips, Jr. Visitation will be held at Bratton Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 10 - 11 AM.
