Funeral services for Mrs. Tinnie Lee Kirtz Jordan, of Chester, will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 1 PM at the Springfield Baptist Church, 256 Carolina Street in Chester. Reverend Stefan Brown will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Jordan, who passed on February 11, 2017, was born on November 20, 1933, in Dodge County to the late Ida Ashley Kirtz and Claude Kirtz. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Jordan and Edith Jordan, and by two sons, David Lee Johnson and Wendell Jordan.

At an early age she married Mr. M.B. Jordan. She retired from Dexter Pants Factory.

She is survived by two daughters, Vonora (Billy) Fuqua, Dexter, Alisha (Henry) Pitts, Cochran, four sons, M.D. Jordan, Ernest Jordan, Clifford (Linda) Jordan, Donald Jordan all of Chester, four sisters, Levada (James) Dudley, Eva (Charles) Parker all of Chester, Joyce Williams, Dubois, Sandra (Walter) Godfrey, Chester, three brothers, Billy (Joyce) Davis, Chester, Calvin Davis, Dublin and Robert Davis, Chester, sisters-in-law, Vickie Jordan, Eastman, Vanell Godfrey, New York, brother-in-law, Bobby Jordan, Savannah, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 222 Old Rebie Road in Chester.
