Theodore Lockhart was born to the parentage of Tom and Ethel Liggins Lockhart December 23, 1920 in Blakeley Community in Clarksville, Texas. Mr. Lockhart united with St. Paul United Methodist Church.
He united in holy matrimony with Willie George Frazier Lockhart. To this union three children were born: Eddie Joyce, Clifton and Lewis.
He loved fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed walking and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Willie George and son; Lewis.
