Tajuana Cason
Funeral services for Ms. Tajuana Cason, of Dublin, will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at the Brown Grove Baptist Church, 1210 Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Reverend Cecil Moore will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.
Ms. Cason was born on August 10, 1973, to Mary Cason and Ricky Swint. She was a loving, kind-hearted, God-fearing woman. She was a member of Brown Grove Baptist Church. She was an employee of our local radio station WMLT and she attended East Laurens and Dublin High School.
Ms. Cason enjoyed spending time with her children and family, going on vacations, and we all know she had a passion for playing card games and dominos. Tajuana had a heart to serve others. She was an advocate for children and those in need. She partnered with community leaders to sponsor outreach programs to help provide food, clothing, household goods, school supplies, blankets, and coats for those in need. Tajuana had a thirst for life and she lived unapologetically. She was not the life of the party because she was the party. She had an infectious spirit and to know her was to love her. Tajuana was a good luck charm—if you listened. If or when you missed your “blessing”, the blame was on you. One of the last posts she made was a proclamation. It stated, In my life, I’ve lived, I’ve loved, I’ve lost, I’ve missed, I’ve hurt, I’ve trusted, I’ve made mistakes, but most of all I’ve learned. On April 28,2018, God called Tajuana Cason home to be with the Lord.
