Sophie Fryd, 83, of Lakewood NJ, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, in the home at the Lakeshore Community Estates. Raised in Poland came to the US after the war. Married to Alter P. Fryd for 48 years before his passing 13 years ago. She is survived by her two children, Bernhard and David and daughter in laws Susan and Kathy. Also her 5 grand children. Services and burial will be at the Goshen on Long Island, NY. Due to Hurrciane Sandy, repairs are being made and services and burial will be in the near future.
