Funeral services for Mr. Simeon Waters, 38, of Miami, Florida, will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at 11 AM at the Holly Spring Baptist Church at 2345 Buckeye Road in East Dublin, Georgia. Reverend Charlie Robinson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Waters was born in Miami, Florida, on October 23, 1979, to the late Mr. Roy Dixon and Ms. Cynthia Waters. Simeon had a passion in producing music, football and track.

Mr. Waters accepted Christ at an early age and joined with the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Miami, Florida. He started his education at East Laurens School and later moved to Texas where he graduated from Alief Elsik High School.

Mr. Waters was proceeded in death by his father, Roy Dixon, his grandmother Elizabeth Kinsey Waters, and by his aunt, Sheila Waters Long.

He leaves to cherish such sweet memories his son, Jordan Williams of Houston, Texas, mother, Cynthia Waters of Miami, Florida, brother, Errol (Ashley) Waters of Houston Texas, sister, Shontel Rutledge of Houston, Texas, grandfather, Fred (Ann) Waters of Miami, Florida, uncle, Fred Waters III, of Houston Texas and Herbert Waters of Miami, Florida, Aunt, Catherine Waters of San Diego, California, a devoted cousin, Eboni (Santos) Hampton, nieces and nephews, Eryn, Dylan, and Lennox Waters, Olivia Mitchell of Houston Texas, great aunts, Waletha Rozier, Connie(Melvin) Boston, Mary Kinsey of Dublin, Georgia, Hattie Mae Richardson, Willie Mae Waters of Miami, Florida, great uncles, Roy, Robert and Willie T. (Betty) Waters of Dublin, Georgia and a special devoted friend, Clavissa Martin, Miami, Florida, and a host of other family and friends.

The family is receiving friends at the home of his aunt, Waletha Rozier, 1312 Academy Avenue in Dublin on Friday, October 26, 2018.
