Shaynee Yvone Blackwell was born October 15, 1977 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Joseph Beatty and the late Joyce Blackwell. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Blacknell; one daughter, Tierre; one brother, and one sister.
She loved children and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Shaynee was always making sure everyone else was happy.
