Funeral services for Ms. Shannon Nicole King, of East Dublin, will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at 2 PM at the Everlasting Non-Denominational Church, 1300 South Jefferson Street in Dublin. Apostle Elect James Sinclair will officiate. Interment will follow at Robinson Chapel Church Cemetery.

Ms. King, who passed on January 23, 2015, was born on August 24, 1982, to James and Patricia King in Augusta, Georgia. She was a member of the Everlasting Non-Denominational Church and a 2001 graduate of East Laurens High School.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bennie and Katherine King; by her maternal grandparents, Hardy Lee and Smithy Locke; and by a brother, Johnnie King.

Ms. King is survived by her parents, James and Patricia King, East Dublin; devoted companion, Jermaine Bryant, Dublin; siblings, Patricia Smith Lakeisha (Sherman Johnson) Locke, Latoya (Sammy Rozier) King, Angela (Kelvin Butler) King, Chris Love and James Levar King, all of East Dublin; aunts, Evangelist Letha Copeland, East Dublin, Emma (Ulysses) Stuckey, Cincinnati, Ohio, Katherine (Mark) Thomas, Dublin; uncle, Napoleon (Marie) King, East Dublin; great aunts, Reba (Robert) Evans, East Dublin, Christine Carswell, Louise Daniels, Dublin, Alberta and Willmena Robinson, Fort Myers, Florida; great uncles, Willie (Frances) Guyton, East Dublin, G.W. (Charlene) Guyton, Lexington, Kentucky, eleven nephews, nine nieces; a devoted friend, Felicia Gorham, Rentz; devoted and favorite cousin, Frederick "Head" Thomas, East Dublin, and Cynthia Thomas, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 488 Shannon Drive in East Dublin.
