Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Bell Mosquera, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, August 13, at 1 PM at the Zion Hope Church of God In Christ at 408 Alabama Street in Dublin. Pastor James Timothy Jackson will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Mosquera was born to Cora Bell and Edison Bell on December 31, 1960, and passed away on August 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rosa Mae "Mother" Hollands, her mother, Cora Mae Bell, her sister, Dorothy Bell, her brother, Anthony Bell and by her step-brother, Albert McClendon.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Luis Mosquera, her daughter, Shiree R. Harris, her son, Anthony T. Harris, father, Edison Bell, brothers, Wesley (Belinda) Bell, Cleveland "Skeet" Bell, Edison Bell , Wallace Stevens, sisters,Peggy Bell of North Carolina, Patricia Young of Georgia, nieces, Monek, Shandrika, Sheena, Lateshia, Shanita, Whitney, Nastasia, Carletta and nephews, Jermanyne, Rod, and Rashun, Jericho, Marvel; great aunt, Gennie Mae King and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews and loved cousins and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 109 Helen Drive in Dublin.
