Funeral Services for Ms. Rosa Mae Hurst, of Dublin, will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014, at 1:00 PM at the World Harvest Church, 2272 Highway 257 in Dublin. Bishop Farris Cox will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mount Green Cemetery.

Ms. Hurst, who passed on July 23, 2014, was born August 25, 1935, to the late Rubien Hurst, Jr., and Ruby Taylor Hurst. She was preceded in death by a son, Rufus Hurst and a daughter, Mary L. Stuckey.

Ms. Hurst is survived by two sons, Willie Paul Hurst, Melvin Hurst both of New York City; one son-in-law, Albert Stuckey of Dublin; seven grandchildren of New York City; one grandson, Kinyum (Olympia) Renee Thomas of Dublin, fifteen great grandchildren; devoted cousin, Annie Ruth Carter of Dublin and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 910 MLK Jr. Drive in Dublin.
