Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Lamar "Dunk" Stephens will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at 11 AM at the Howard Chapel United Methodist Church, 508 South Washington Street, Dublin. Apostle James Bell will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Georgia Veterans Cemetery in Milledgeville.
Mr. Ronnie Lamar "Dunk" Stephens was born on February 8, 1952, in Dublin, Georgia to the late McGrath Stephens, Sr. He was educated Dublin Public School System, graduating from Oconee High School, and retiring from the United States Post Service after thirty three years of service. He was a member of the Howard Chapel United Methodist Church, and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He was also preceded in death by his true love, Linda Yopp, and a brother McGrath Stephens, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter Juarlisia Stephens, his mother, Mrs. Juanita Stephens, a sister, Earnell Wynn, and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at 102 Carter Street, Dublin.
