Robert F. Rockholt
YORK -- Robert Franklin Rockholt, 79, of York, passed away Friday, September 05, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday September 8, 2014, at Bethesda Presbyterian Church.with Rev. Daniel Smoak and Rev. James Gable officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Bratton Funeral Home on Sunday September 7, 2014 from 6-8 PM.
Robert was a son of the late Hosea and Emma Estes Rockholt. Robert worked at Aragon Mill, and was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn Adkins Rockholt of York, son, Larry Rockholt (Gail), of Chester, 2 daughters, Kathy R. Mabry of Cowpens, and Anita R. Ferguson of York, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, Robert had 5 loving brothers and 6 loving sisters. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Crump.
