Dick & I met when we were 4 yrs. old. We had a fight the first day and beat each other as bad as a 4 yr. old could. After that we were as brothers. Dicks father,Bob, started us hunting in 1949. We were both about 7 . We both had 20 Ga. single barrel shotguns. I remember money was tight. Dicks father told us, when we were hunting to make every shot count. and he enforced it. As the yrs went by we hunted rabbits, pheasant, ducks, geese and deer. As children , we did everything together, As adults we had our children together. We partied together. As responsibilities increased we drifted apart. We were like bothers for 25 Yrs. Im sorry we missed the next 40 . Dick, you were the only brother I ever had . I will Miss you
