Rev. Eli Roberts was born January 1, 1939 to Ozell and Navara Roberts in Davenport, Texas. At an early age he received Christ. He was the pastor of Syloam Baptist Church, Bagwell, Texas. He married Emma Cary Roberts. Rev. Roberts truly enjoyed preaching the gospel and spending time with family and friends.
