Mr. Reuben Henry Oneal was born April 21, 1958 to Bobbie Oneal and Ruby Dukes in Clarksville, TX. He graduated from Clarksville High School in Clarksville, TX. He enjoyed reading and watching Westerns. Reuben enlisted in the United States Navy. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by both parents; sisters-Nowlinda Oneal Jones and Evelyn Nickerson.
