Funeral services for Mr. Reginald "Ricky" Taylor, of Dublin, will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at 11 AM, at the Fleming Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 3253 US Highway 441 South in Rentz. Reverend Lillie Dykes will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Fullwood Cemetery on Tucker Road in Rentz.

Mr. Reginald Taylor was born on November 1, 1954, in Saint Louis, Missouri to the late Mr. Thomas and Jessie Faye Taylor, and was the youngest of seven children. He attended Mary Fleming High School, and was employed by the Evans Cabinet Company in Rentz. Mr. Reginald Taylor was united in marriage to the late Linda Gale Showers, and to this union, three loving children were born. Mr. Taylor passed away on April 2, 2019. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rudolph "Roy" Taylor.

Mr. Taylor leaves to cherish his memories a son, Zachary Jermaine Taylor (Erica Hosely) of Atlanta, two beautiful daughters, Pamela Denise Taylor, and Tar'Nisha De'Asia Taylor of Dublin, a daughter of love, Lu'Cretita Taper of Saint Louis, Missouri, six grandchildren, Jermirahaquan Ma'Lik Taylor, Zuri Nijai Taylor, of Dublin, Za'Kia Le'Asia Taylor of Saint Louis, Missouri, Kennedy Gail Taylor Walter, Kyleight, Kiana Zky'Asia Walters, and Karson Legend Walters, of Dublin, one great granddaughter, Erin Jermirrah Taylor Dublin, three sisters, Evangelist Letita (Michael) Hicks, Derlisa Barton, Reverend Mittie Watkins, all of Saint Louis ,Missouri, three brother, Thomas (Delois) Taylor, Eugene (Veronica) Taylor, of Saint Louis, Missouri, and Kenneth (Reverend Veltri) Taylor of Evansville, Indiana, two sisters-in-law, Susie (Spencer) Hardy of Detroit, Michigan, Patricia (Willie) Davis of Cadwell, two brothers-in-law, Freddie (Lynn) Showers of Dublin, Timothy Charles Showers of Dudley, devoted aunts, Rose Mary Fullwood of Dublin, and Lois Boyd of Orlando, Florida, and a host of other relatives and friends.
