Funeral services for Ms. Philesia Ronell O'Neal, of Atlanta, Georgia, will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019, at 11 AM at the Loving Ministries Church, 116 Pritchett Street in Dublin. Elder Alton Jones will deliver the eulogy.

Ms. O'Neal was born on August 21, 1970, in Dublin, to Mr. Willie C. Darrisaw and Vertis (Frank) Kellam. She was employed at Chill's Bar and Grill for over fifteen years. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmo and Eva Darrisaw, Daisy Fluker, Granger Jones, Sr., and Lannie Mae Jones Smith, aunts and uncles, Mary Bailey, Willie L. Darrisaw, John Darrisaw, Geneva Darrisaw, Christine Darrisaw, Casey Jones, Gladean Chatman and by a devoted friend, Jean Tillius. She passed away on March 20, 2019.

She is survived by her children, Alicia O'Neal, Martel (Vanita) O'Neal, grandchildren, Janiya O'Neal, Jordan Johnson, and Marley Samples, sisters and brothers, Sharonda (Jonathan) Darrisaw, Anthony (Talisha) Darrisaw, Hope (Junebug)Darrisaw, Rachel Darrisaw, uncles and aunts, Tommy Darrisaw, Dorothy (Elder Larry) Williams, L. C . (Georgia) Darrisaw, Evelene (Larry) James, Daisy Wyche, Charlie (Annette) Fluker, Saul (Ethel) Fluker, James (Theora) Fluker, Katheryn Dudley, Luretha Hubbard, Gloria (Joe) McClendon, Deborah Howard, Pastor Alton (Peggy) Jones, and Larry Jones, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 602 South Jefferson Street in Dublin.
